This is the voice of the Ushra’Khan.
The Amarr Empire continues to murder our Brothers and enslave our women and children. In this there is no room for debate or compromise.
In such times it falls to the few to stand against many in the name of freedom. This day our warriors set course for the dark centre of this beasts lair. We are bound for Amarr itself!
In addition to our standing campaigns our Khai scouts have identified more slaver targets. The following agents of the Amarr Empire are as at this time targets of war. Kingdom of Redemption, Order of the Black Cross, Aegis Militia and CompleXion Industries.
You have supported the Empire and it's trade in our people too long, for that there is a heavy price.
We fly on the wings of freedom, we come for our people.

Have you ever noticed that the Amarr still, after all these years, hide behind a shield of our women and children in battle and try to paint us as the murderers when there are casualties.
You put innocents in the firing line in the hope it will stay our weapons so you can enslave and murder more of our people unhindered. You force us to choose between risking the lives of a few or forfeiting the lives of many. You are the murderers. You are the animals and you will be exterminated for you crimes against humanity.
If you truly cared about the well being of these people you would free them, or at the very least surrender rather than force us to cut your ships open. If the day dawns I sink to your level I will make sure our ships carry Amarrian prisoners of war on board them. Then we will see how hollow this tired old slaver rhetoric really is. Until that day comes I am sure we will continue to hear this same nonsense for the years to come.

Not all Amarrians are slavers, not all slavers are Amarrian. At least in terms of race. The Amarrian Empire is a state built on slavery.
These slavers came to our worlds, destroyed our Empire and enslaved our people. To this day they raid the border worlds, hold our people hostage and work them to death in labour camps. They have waged a campaign of terror and murder on innocent civilians for generations. This makes them targets of war.
Killing these slavers is not murder, it is the only path to freedom our people have. The slavers have the choice, set our people free or face our guns. They have chosen, the blood is on their hands.
To have to explain that to a Matari I find ridiculous.

A simple cargo scan before liberation and a head count after would seem to verify what Kade has already stated. It might be time to change the recording.

As we have said, while liberating slaves from cargo holds is a fairly safe action these days it is indeed true that ship crews will suffer casualties during rapid decompression.
There is nothing anyone can do about that. Slavers use Matari slaves to crew their ships for a couple of good reasons. Matari are far more competent as engineers as is clearly shown by ships like the Vagabond, Rapier or Broadsword. The other is the idea they have that if faced with risking the lives of the very people we mean to save we will not attack their ships.
This is clearly no choice at all, if we do not risk the lives of those ship crews then the slavers would be free to massacre colonies at will. As long as the Amarr are a space faring race they will use innocent hostages as a shield to protect them while they go about their genocide. The only ways to change this are for the slavers to stop using slaves and hostages aboard their ships or for the decent people of the cluster to end the space faring days of the Empire once and for all.
I am happy with either outcome, I just want to see my people free. Sadly the slavers force us to make the choice, risk the slaves crewing their ships or let the vessel go and watch another colony die.

Our scouts went to great lengths to identify groups of pilots actively and routinely working for the Amarr Empire.
It is important for those who oppose slavery to stand tall and not work for the very Empire that seeks to put the entire cluster in chains. It is important to be proud and not allow yourself to be belittled by the same enemy that holds your kin in chains and grinds them slowly to extinction in the labour camps. It is important to not be cowed, to not be fooled by their words of peace and surrender.
The only way our people will be free is if we rise up and fight. The road is long and hard at times, few will stand with us and the legion arrayed against us is vast. Regardless, we must not cease until our people are free and these decades of darkness are finally cast off.

Since the terms of their peace are our surrender of course I attack. While the terms of their peace are the enslavement of our race, I will attack. While the survival of my culture is at stake, I will attack.
Millions of Matari, my kin, held in death camps has nothing to do with being paranoid. This war is quite real. If you doubt my word then ask any of the Gallente that fly with us actually fighting for the freedom the Federation espouses.
